Personal Assistant
I will obviously need a personal assistant. If I had one right now, one of her duties would be updating the blog more often. She would mostly take care of errands. I think I would also like her to be an aesthetician/beautician so that she can do my hair and make-up, take care of eyebrow waxes, etc. I am putting a freaking GSP tracker on her car, though, and watching her cell phone and monetary usage like a hawk.

Salary: $60,000 + car + cell phone + one week at the Malibu house

Housekeeper
We have an extremely inexpensive housekeeper right now. She charges us $55 per visit and comes every two weeks. When she was coming once a week, she charged $40 per visit. We have a four bedroom house and two dogs, but no kids. I think she spends about three hours at a time here. I would give her a raise and throw in some gas money since she would have to drive much farther. I think that between the two houses and adding cooking and shopping duties, we could probably use her full time.

Salary: $40,000 + gas

Nanny
We plan to adopt kids and if we were enormously rich, I imagine I would want to adopt more than if we were not, so I would need a full time nanny on staff. The personal assistant would be busy with my schedule and won't have time to attend to the childrens' schedules. It would also be nice if she spoke a foreign language fluently, preferably Spanish or French so that I would know what the hell she was saying, so that she could teach the children. The car she gets is the one for driving the kids around, but she could use it in her off hours as well.

Salary: $40,000 + room & board + car + one week at the Malibu house

Housekeeper: $40,000 + $2600 = $42,600
Nanny: $40,000 + $6000 + $45,000 = $91,000
Insurance and Taxes: $20,000
