HI-YAH! I mean, Namaste.
I wonder how much a "personal trainer to the stars" costs. A hundred dollars an hour? Two hundred? Well, if I had the bucks and if I were willing to shell them out, I would go with Cameron Shayne's Budokon method. It is a mixture of yoga, martial arts and meditation. That seems like the perfect mix of things to me.
I'd have him come maybe two times a week, alternating with the Pilates instructor. She only charges fifty dollars an hour for private lessons.
Liabilities:
Budokon = $200/wk or $10,400/yr
Pilates = $100/wk or $5200/yr
These items = $15,600
Total = $44,050,263

Are you a quiet person, fishy?
Per the August Cosmo (page 180), "top [celeb] trainers command $100 to $200 an hour.)" Except when they're working on studio budgets, and then they charge more.
Thanks to KtP and Cosmo for the confirmation.
I'd rather hire someone to exercise FOR me.
