Something about a Sailboat

My husband's dream is to live on a boat and sail around the world. My dream is to live in luxury and have a nice tan. (Yeah, yeah, there are other goals in there for both of us.)

I told him to pick out his dream boat and this is what he found.

PERSEUS sleeps eight guests in four double staterooms, all with en suites, and an additional two to four guests or children in the owner's sitting room to starboard of the master stateroom and in Pullman berths in two of the guest staterooms. Nine crew are accommodated in three double cabins and one triple cabin.

You know, this item really puts the total $ figure over the top. Without it, the figure isn't too bad, considering a) this is extreme wealth, and b) there's a house and car in there.

I was checking the listings again this weekend. I think I underestimated on the house by about $5-10 million.

I would believe the price on that house. Twelve seemed low-ish.

My only problem with this sailboat is the nine crew. Does it take nine crew to sail her, or is that just how much room there is.

Because I'd be hard-pressed to find eight guests whom I could host aboard and not toss overboard halfway to Hawai'i.
